How Do I Book?

Our online booking system is available 24/7. Select your chosen product, check availability and then click "Book Online". Please note that all of our equipment is subject to availability, viewable on our website. We are unable to reserve any equipment and are unable to guarantee availability of equipment for your chosen date when in initial conversations.

How Long in Advance Should I Book?

Booking as soon as possible is highly recommended to avoid disappointment. Popular dates fill up quickly, especially weekends and school holidays.

How Much Space do I Need for the Equipment?

Space requirement details are provided on the individual product information pages of our website and vary from product to product depending on the size of your chosen unit. As a general guide, we require an additional 6ft (1.8m) at the back of the unit to allow for the inflation tube and blower, an additional 2ft (0.6m) either side of the unit and an additional 4ft (1.2m) to the front of the unit. Please note: it is your responsibility to ensure there is enough space for us to safely unload and inflate our equipment in your chosen location. Should we arrive and find there is not enough space due to miscalculations when booking, you will be required to pay the full booking price.

Is There a Minimum Order Value?

Yes, minimum order value is £80 excluding delivery fees.

Why Do You Charge a Delivery Fee?

We charge a delivery fee to cover the true logistical cost of transporting heavy equipment. This helps to cover the costs of fuel, van maintenance, van insurance and staff wages for the drive time.

How Can I Make Payment?

  1. Full payment can be made by credit/debit card on our website at time of booking*
  2. A 20% deposit can be made by credit/debit card* on our website at time of booking and the remaining balance can be paid by cash to our delivery driver on your chosen day prior to set-up.
  3. Bank transfer is available - please Contact Us for details.

*A 2.5% transaction fee when using a credit/debit card will be applied to your final amount.

Do You Deliver to My Area?

A 'Delivery Checker' is available on our website. Simply enter your chosen delivery postcode and it will show whether we are able to deliver to your area or not. If your area is not listed, please Contact Us as we may still be able to deliver for an additional fee.

Can the Inflatable Be Used on Any Surface Outside?

No, our inflatables must be on real grass. This ensures they can be safely pegged into the ground.

Can I Hire For Outdoor Use in the Winter?

No, unfortunately we do not accept bookings for outdoors hires from 1st October - 31st March.

Can I Collect My Inflatable From You?

No, unfortunately, for safety and insurance purposes we do not accept customer collections from our premises. Bookings are made for delivery only.

Can I Keep the Inflatable Overnight?

Unfortunately, overnight hire is not available. A time later than our standard collection time may be available at an extra charge. Please call to discuss.

Is There An Age Limit?

Each product lists age/height limits in the product description on the website. Unless specified, the maximum age is 12. For adults, an adult specific unit must be booked.

How Much Does it Cost in Electricity to Run a Bouncy Castle?

As a general guide, it costs approximately £1.50 to run a bouncy castle all day, although individual suppliers / tarrifs may vary.

Can I Book to Have the Inflatable in a Park or Communal Area?

No, unfortunately, we are unable to accept bookings for set up in communal areas i.e. parks or communal gardens.

How Long Does Set Up and Collection Take?

We ask that you allow a minimum of 30 minutes for set-up and 30 minutes for collection. Multiple units will require a longer time.
