Getting Ready for Delivery

We are sure by now that your little ones are bursting with excitement waiting for our arrival. We've created a handy guide to ensure the delivery and installation process runs as smoothly as possible for both our delivery team and you:

• The equipment is very heavy and we therefore use a trolley to move it.
• Please ensure the garden/set up area is clear of rubbish and animal 'waste' ready for set-up.
• Please ensure the access / alleyway to your garden is clear and that all bins, tools etc. are moved out of the way so that we can access quickly and efficiently.
• Please ensure that any vehicles blocking or limiting access to your gate are moved before our arrival as we will need to wheel a trolley from our van into the garden.
• Please ensure any garden furniture, trampolines, children's garden toys etc. are moved prior to our arrival.
• Please ensure all dogs are kept indoors - we have very heavy equipment which has the potential to fall and cause injury.
• We always love chatting to the excited birthday boy or girl, however, please remind them to keep a safe distance from the delivery team when setting up - our equipment is heavy and potential to cause injury We also peg our equipment into the ground using large hammers, which again, have the potential to cause injury. We will set up as fast as we can and will always give them the 'go-ahead' when the equipment is safe to use.
• We will need access to a mains plug socket when setting up. We will bring and extension lead which must be plugged directly into the mains socket.
• Where possible please allow us to park as close as we can to the property. We are usually running to a strict time schedule and any set backs may affect the timing of the next customers booking.

Collection

• When it comes to collection, please have the access clear for us - please move any cars before our arrival.
• Please ensure children and animals are kept at a safe distance when we are moving the equipment as it is so heavy.

Delivery & Collection Timings

• Our standard delivery times are anytime between 7am and 10am
• Our standard collection times are anytime between 5pm and 8pm

Whilst we will always do our best to accommodate any such requests, please be advised that due to the logistics of planned routes that we may have, any such requests can't be guaranteed unfortunately.
